Parkour

A program designed around body awareness and efficiency. Students will develop skills that improve their ability to move from point A to point B. They will explore new ways to move through the world by working on flexibility, depth perception, accuracy, momentum, strength and coordination. Students will become more comfortable in their bodies, strengthen their muscles and minds, and have fun doing it!

Ninja Training

A program designed to improve general ninja and obstacle course abilities.  Instructors will train students on a dynamic and ever-expanding roster of skills to get through whatever obstacles stand in their way. This program will focus on momentum, lower and upper body development, flexibility, stamina, and coordination.

Parents and Tots

Get ready to bond and break a sweat with your little ones. This class is all about combining exercise and quality family time. Cherish the moments you and your little ninja tackle obstacle courses, balance challenges, and conquer exciting adventures side-by-side.

Community Workout

This program will consist of teams (minimum 2 per class) completing workout routines in a pre-determined amount of time. This program will help build core and muscle strength, coordination, teamwork, and cardio.

Ladies Only

A program dedicated to the ladies! This program includes activities with mobility and ninja training and will change from class to class to include yoga, obstacle courses, cardio, and pilates.

Adults

A ninja class aimed at adults! This program includes ninja training, obstacle courses, races, and workouts. Whether you’re looking to improve your confidence, impress that Tinder date with your skills on the playground, or beat your kids at the ninja course, this class is for you. This program will focus on flexibility, coordination, momentum, and strength.

Obstacle Course Racing

Ready to finally give that Tough Mudder or Spartan race a go? This program is designed to get you ready! Developed through firsthand experience, we will break down the obstacles for you, focus on the key components to success and devise a training plan to allow you to accomplish your goals come race day! This class will be a mixture of cardio, strength training, coordination, and obstacle skills.

The Adventurers Workout plan

Have you ever wondered how to go out to the mountains and enjoy the trails without feeling sore afterwards? This program helps you build the strength that you need through a variety of specific workouts guided by a coach that you will be able to use on a daily basis. (i.e. pull ups, push ups, lunges, squats, etc.)

Pro D Days

A full day of programming to keep your kids occupied and engaged when school is out. From 9 am to 3 pm, our skilled staff will plan a fantastic day of group activities for your kids. They’ll enjoy a mix of games, recreation, and ninja-themed fun!

full day (9am-3pm) or a half day (9am-12pm, 12pm-3pm) options.

Summer camp

Summer Camps

A 2-week program designed for kids who want to have fun, move their bodies, and develop team building skills. Each day will be structured differently with a variety of activities planned by our skilled staff. Keeping our campers excited and engaged while having fun will be the focus. Activities include laser tag, floor-is-lava, tag, hide and seek, tug-o-war, and more. This program will run from 9am to 3pm daily.

Birthday Parties

Each party is 2 hours long (1 hour 30 min in the gym, 30 min in the party room!)

Each package gives you a free drop in and a t-shirt for the guest of honour!
